Terms & Return Policy

All sales are final and we have a NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN, NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND policy.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. Please check the quantity of your purchased products upon delivery and notify us , within 2 days, if any products are incorrectly supplied . If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we cannot accept it for return or refund. Our bath and body care products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns.

Please note that because our products are handmade, individual batches may vary slightly in texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.

It is the responsibility of the user of our products to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone’s skin is different and you must test soaps as you would anything else. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test the soap on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.
