Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days. Monday to Friday are considered business days except for public holidays.

Delays in delivery can occur, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

Orders once shipped, cannot be canceled except in extraordinary circumstances.

Terms & Return Policy

Return or replacement only if the following conditions are:

If an incorrect product was delivered, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.

All our products are handmade so a minor variation in color, shape, or size may occur between products that are not regarded as defects and will not be eligible for return or replacement. 

Cancelation of any products is not applicable if product is shipped. 

On every product prize shipping charges is not included its seperately mentioned. Shipping charges may vary as per your location we will try to take resonable charges.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value.
