Shipping Policy

We ensure that the order gets processed within 48 hours. However for Dot art products under making process will be shipped in 5-6 business days of receiving the order.

We strive to deliver the products in excellent condition and inthe fastest time possible.  

We try to dispatch the products in least possible time.

Terms & Return Policy

Cancellations:

1. Cancellations are allowed only till the item is shipped.

2. In case of any exception two way shipping charge will be borne by the customer.

3. In case of cancellations, no refund will be made for Part Payment of orders: the advance payment willbe forfeited as cancellation charges.

RETURNS

1. Returns will only be accepted for damaged/ defective products.

2. You will need to inform us of any damage/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

3. Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered  packaging (excludes normal wear and tear and markings on outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process)

4. Products/Items should be unused.

5. Products should be returned in original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

6. It is advised that return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.

7. Any products damaged post delivery to customer, shall not be accepted for return.
